I just wanted to pass along a great experience that I've had with C&A Pro (Pride Solutions). I bought a pair of ADX skis a couple years ago at haydays and really liked them on my rev, but about a month ago I had a problem with one of the skis. I got stuck in a fairly solid drift (pretty much rammed into it) and the left ski bent back pretty far. I bent it back into shape no problem, but throughout the day of riding the tip of the ski kept trying to bend back again and by the end of the day the sole of the ski was torn/fatigued and the front of the ski was pointed straight up as you see in the pictures below. I still tried to ride it like this and that turned out for the worst (ski would dig into the snow and actually pitched me over the bars a couple times).
So, a couple weeks ago I called c&a to inquire about warranty and spoke to a guy named Mark. He told me that there was a one year warranty from the time of purchase (so technically my warranty had expired over a year ago). Still, he heard me out as I told him of my situation and how the ski broke in what I thought was a strange way, and he told me to send some pictures of the damaged ski over to him. I sent them and he called back pretty much immediately to say that they would be warrantying them as that was a very unusual break, he said he had never seen that happen before. I was super happy. He put a brand new replacement set in the mail the next day (2 skis - since the new design was slightly different and he wanted me to have matching skis still, versus sending one that looked slightly different). And, to boot, I actually ended up getting a better model (razors) because they had no white adx in stock! I just got the new skis the other day in the mail, all I had to pay was the price of shipping which is more than fair as far as I'm concerned.
Anyways, I just wanted to pass this along as it seems we all too often hear only about BAD dealings with businesses. So a huge two thumbs up to Mark and the crew @ C&A Pro skis, they truly stand behind their product!
