I have bought several items from fellow snowesters here on the swampmeet...tracks, shocks, tunnel bags, clutch parts. I have never even come close to feeling like I got burned. Every thing I have bought was as advertised or in better shape. Thanks to all the honest peeps Dino

I have bought and sold my last 5 sleds off snowest, and many aftermarket gadgets. So far I haven't had an experience turn me off. The honest people on here keep me coming back. Let's keep it that way.

Its nice to beable to find almost every thing you need.

I have bought 7 sleds off here, and a hand full of after market parts. I have also sold half a dozen sleds on here, and have never had a problem. I think this is a great site, and will keep using to find and sell my sleds. Thanks to all the honest people out there.

i agree with everyone here, I have bought sleds and many parts. I have also sold a bunch. I haven't had one issue yet. I trust this place a lot more than ebay or craigslist.

BTW, I am waiting to pick up a 2003.5 summit that i sent a bank draft, payment in full, i haven't even seen the sled yet. That is trust.

I agree that the swap is a good resource. I've bought a couple of sleds and some parts. Mostly good experiences, one bad. It was a big deal but I made nothing of it because I know Karma is a b**ch, buyer beware, and most importantly, fool me once...shame on you, fool me twice....shame on me.

I found the recent "drama" thread to be an invaluable resource for future purchases because I now have a huge folder of members who are very comfortable abandoning character and principals in the name of "business is business", as well as what seems an equal number of members that can be counted on to go above and beyond to always do the right thing.

I agree its a great resource, however, it would be nice to see some type of rating system put in place so that you can feel more comfortable with more pricey items.

Bought a Superjet last spring, could not have been a better

I have also bought parts and a sled and sold a few items. I have had nothing but good luck. Like said earlier I trust the people here way more than ebay or any other site. A rating system of some sort would be nice as I would like to reward the people I have dealt with.

Sold two sleds on here and bought many a part, always good deals and a great experiance all around, I hope everyone I have dealed with has had the same experiance! I have heard they did, would always want to make something right to my best of ability if not, sucks to get a bad rep especially on a public forum!!!

Anyone know Robert Dean from Idaho? If so, Robert, let me know how the bad arsed polaris mod you bought from me is working out, does it have the ubr triple in it yet? It had a sweet 800 mod motor but bigger is better!!!! Post pics, I miss my baby!!!

Admins: One thing I would love to see.. and think it would make some people feel a little bit better about buying on here is a feedback folder.. many of the other sites (non-sledding) that I belong to... do so.. and its great for making sure people check out.. although it will not stop bad transactions.. it does give a person peace of mind.... anybody else? opions?
