-If you have ever purchased a graphic kit or are thinking about it, feel free to read about the different options available in the vinyl decal world.
I've heard a lot of complaints about overpriced wraps. I think this could open the custom graphics world to more people.

Thanks for taking the time to read,

Wes

Option 1- Budget Level- Intermediate Vinyl with Intermediate Laminate. This material is only intended to last for 2-3 years outdoors (UV's from the sun is what kills the digital graphics that our solvent machine prints) It does have an air release liner that allows the air to escape so it can be installed bubble free, even by a decal virgin:) Compared to the next two options, the adhesive is less tacky and the material shrinks more when exposed to temperature changes (hot trailer to cold ride) Start here if you need to save money and look good.

Option 2- Hi-Performance level- Hi-performance 3M Vinyl with High Performance 3M laminate. Same material we use for vehicle wraps. 5-7 year life. Air Release liner with repositionable adhesive = can be placed lightly over and over without it sticking on ya. Once you have it in the right place squeegee it down and all the air escapes leaving a bubble free graphic! Great all around product - we use it for race sled number plates and it has held up great for multiple seasons. (this is the material that all of our kits are currently made with) Easiest to install!

Option 3- Extreme level- Thicker High Performance material with thicker High Performance laminate and a crazy aggressive adhesive. 5-7 year durability. Wherever it touches, it is stuck. Take care and time when installing to work the air out. Once installed you've got a kit that will withstand some serious abuse. Most expensive and longest lasting option due to the adhesive and the thick laminate. Trickiest to install because of the tackiness.

Is there a need for three levels? We think so, let us know what you think and poll which option you would buy. Thanks again.

just visited your website and was wondering if these kits were available for cats?, (didn't see a picture of one )

Not yet. If anyone wants to get a deal on a graphics kit by letting me borrow there M series sled to make templates give me a call. I'm in Windsor so the closer the better.

You show the IQR but dont list it in the options...

What sleds DO you have templates for??

What is the turnaruound time?

What is your rate on Artwork?

What type of files can you work from?

Thanks

Option 3 would be great, how well does it work with postitioning sprays? What kind of cost difference are we talking about here (on an average sled wrap)?

PM'd ya. .eps, .ai, .psd and .jpg file types are workable. some .pdf's.

XP templates are all we have artwork available for right now. We do have templates for IQR, and the side of the NYTRO hood. We can accomodate custom orders for them - $65hr for design. Workload dictates turnaround time. You can use positioning fluid with option 3 which will be 30-50% more expensive than option 2 -due to the thick laminate (12mil)

Rev templates are in the works right now...

Mine are extreme I believe. Very heavy and took a long time to install. Once touching the hood they are stuck. They are holding up fantastic.
