buying a 2006 900 Dragon?

I need some assistance...I currently own a SkiDoo 800 Summit with 3k and have the opportunity to buy either a Polaris 700 159 w/1500 miles or a Polaris 900 Dragon with 1700 miles and numerous updates-new crank , pistons, air box, etc.. Am i getting into deeper water/snow by buying one of these Polaris sleds?

Didn't think they made a 900 Dragon in 2006, I know you could snow check a 600 (Fusion) Dragon. A little longer track, 1.25" ripsaw, a black windshield and decal package. Never seen a 900

I'm probably wrong.......wouldn't be the first/last time

Therre are very few from the factory as a black dragon.

The 700 will be okay and the 900 needs lots of mods to make it great. Need to read the sticky section before you commit to a 900

The 900 Dragon is a VERY rare sled to say the least. IF you can verify that all the updates have been done and have thoroughly read the stickies concerning proper setup and things to keep an eye on I would say go for it... But DON'T buy a 900 without doing your homework first!!!!!

Wow, you learn something new every day. I thought they only made a 600 Dragon that year. I would love to get my hands on a 900 dragon. Do they look the same or have different graphics?
