After ordering a sled part from SpeedSupplies.com I waited three weeks with no communication, after this I sent two emails through their system. After a fourth week I started a dispute through Paypal and still no communication, then moved it up to a claim. The claim was paid promptly but it makes me wonder how long this place would have left me hanging out there?
