Burn marks on belt cogs

does it squeal at idle? how's the belt defection? have you recently put on a new belt and not adjusted the secondary? if the belt is too tight you could see some belt wear on the cogs while at idle.

Check your belt deflection and alignment (your owners manual explains these easy checks). Also make sure your clutch faces are clean.
