Burandt Tunnel Bag - how to secure the shovel handle

I'm new to the Burandt tunnel bags and I am not sure how to secure the shovel handle in the bag. This is my second shovel (large Klim D handle)for the sled as I have a shovel in my back already.

Looking for pics on how others secure their shovel in the burandt tunnel bag.

Thanks in advance!

Shovel handle first, shovel blade on top of that inserted into webbing on top of the pack, rubber bungee over the back to keep it all from sliding out. Worked great! I love having a BIG shovel that is easy to deploy.

After running the Burandt bag last season (the smaller version) I want everybody to know this info. Some guys did away with the push and turn release system as they can come apart, turn out or simply slide in the rail. Many guys used stove bolts and did away with the "Easy Steal" style push and turn locks. Mine came loose and gouged the tunnel pretty good. I decided to put bolts in front and behind the bag to stop the sliding and keep a very close eye on it now. Other than that it is a very good bag.

that's one big *** shovel lol
sorry no pic. but my smaller shovel fits in the outer top portion of the bag with the t portion of the handle underneath and I just double loop the elastics over the handle, hasn't moved in many roll overs and rough trail riding all last year

That's nice of you to carry that big shovel to help dig out your buddy on that CAT! I wish my friends woulda done that for me. Haha

Snobunji? Only time i use a shovel is alone and the stomp and wiggle and roll over is not an option.
