bulkhead help lords adhesive

Hey I managed to crack my bulkhead pretty good up front by the front studs to mount the a arm. I can't get it fixed for a few weeks or more ..waiting for parts and dealer trying to squeeze it in...I found some lords adhesive at a dealer and was wondering if that stuff is strong enough to get me by for a few weeks if I glued the cracks ..how solid is this stuff once it sets up?..its over $200 for the glue kit so I don't wanna waste the money if its not going to hold for more then a couple hours. What do you guys think ..worth the $200 gamble?

I just replaced my left hand bulkhead clip and left hand support.

I would not try and glue the cracks. If the cast piece cracked, it is no longer straight.

Bulkhead halves and support clips can be found on eBay if Polaris is on back order. It's a big job that requires motor removal, but it can be done without any special tools other than lords adhesive and a propane or MAPP gas torch.

Here is a pic mid repair. Half bulkhead off VEI plates being installed

Find a good welder and have them fix it. Had a crack in one of mine had it welded and is still holding two years later.
