BulkHead Diffrence 2005 - 2006 ?

So I just Bought a Highly Modified 2006 600 HO. ( girlfriends sled for towing brokendown Skidoo's back to the trailer )

My 900 is a 2005 166 Model.

I know the 2006 900's had several modifications to the engine and it was mounted in the bulkhead lower and maybe farther back.

So does the 2006 have a completely diffrent bulkhead than the 2005, or is just the engine mounted diffrently ?

Does the 2006 600 have the same Bulkhead as a 2006 900, Switchback. Fusion etc ?

all i know is the 06 bulkhead is different then the 05...

and i am pretty sure its easier to mount an 05 900 motor in an 06 bulkhead then it is the other way around...

but i would bet the bulkhead in 06 (all models) are PRETTY close in comparision...but if you get the motor out of the 06 600, smap some pics and post them..i can tell alot more by the pics...cause i have an 05 900, 06 900 and 06 700 sled to compare as well, ;)

The 2005 has a longer chain-case to accommodate the higher jackshaft placement.

The engines sit in the bulkhead the same but the rear mounts are different.

The 2005 lower half of the steering post is different as is the angle that it exits the steering hoop.

The 2005's run the same fuel pressure as all the other, non 2006, Cfi's... 58 psi
The 2006' run 116 psi.

The four injector setup on the 2006's require that the steering post be run differently.

The computers (ECU) are different as is placement of those components.

I'm wandering...

The bulkhead differences... Jackshaft placement, rear motormount/jackshaft carrier, oil bottle mount, steering post mounting, pitman/drag links, Chaincase, Driveshaft (to fit the chaincase) and electrical mounts...The cutout and flanging of the bulkhead around the PTO is different. The side support plates are the same between the two years... the part numbers are different.. but the 2005 #'s supersede to the 2006..

Bulk head diffrence --

So what I am getting out of this is the sheet metal for the Bulkead is the same it just just the way the Engine, jackshaft and Chain case are mounted
to the Bulk head that is diffrent.

I woulld most likely be cheaper to just get an 06 bulkhead and tunnel to start with.
