building up a switchback

im making my 04 switchback 700 strictly into my mountain sled, i have a 156x2 inch track im putting on it already, and im looking and upgrading the the handlebar setup, skis, skid frame mods, and way to reduce weight, any ideas from you guys would be great. thanks

Fabcraft trailing arms, new pipe and new can will reduce the weight. WRP seat might shave a little bit off as it is a bit smaller. Can't think of much else as I am new to modding sleds, these are just things on my list to do. I use Rox risers and love them. Remove the sway bar. It will take off a small bit of weight and let the sled carve and sidehill much better.
