I was looking to buy a sled deck but they're kinda pricey and little out of my price range so I decided to built one. My buddy and I have been working on building a mandrel tubing bender for a couple years now it's just been a project that we've tinkered with when we get extra time, well we finally finished it and I decided to use it to make my first project with it. I'm using 1 1/2" sch. 40 steel pipe since that is the die we bought for other projects. My bends are quite perfect but I have been able to figure out where and at what marks to bend. I still have to weld in bracing and headache rack and railing etc. it starting to take shape.
