What is all needed to build one of these? Juggs, pistons, crank, crankcase, ect.

As far as I know you phone Crankshop and they build it. I think case etc. is all custom Crankshop stuff.

Does anyone make a bb jug to fit a modified twin rv case?

Polar used to make engines like that too. Not sure if there's many still around. I know of an 1100 RV triple.
