holy crap man....who's painting all the rock?

Looks SAAWEEETTTT!!!!

hey rlg, your slacking where are your pics?

What do you think utilities are going to be a month for that house?
electric is hard to say, natural gas should be around $100/mnth-- as the floor is ALL concrete and has in floor in the entire structure. i know a couple guys with similar sized buildings and houses, and they run anywhere from $75-130/mnth for gas!!! the in floor slab heat is WAAAAAAAAAAY mor eeffecient than a regular furnace, so that cuts the cost quite a bit!!!

sweet it looks nice:beer; you should see the hole me and my bro put in the wall last night my mom was p!ssed:eek:

your looking at easily 300-400 a month for gas. if your prices are any thing like here in mn. how many sqaure ft of concrete do you have. i have a 110 btu prestige modulating boiler. my dec bill was 280. i have to disagree on radiant heat being efficent especially with the high cielings.

with the house/garage/ and in-law, i have 5000 square feet of concrete. and it'sthe concrete that's makes it more effecient, than a furnance!!! cause the crete heats up and will stay warm, thus not needing to keep the boilers running as much, as compared to a furnance!!!!! and like i said, i know a few other people in the area with the same size structures, and they run really, anywhere from $100-200/mnth for gas, which is pretty good----waaaaaaaaay better than just running a furnace anyways!!!!!!!!

$1.50 what did that heating system cost ya up there. what a use that amtrol for. do you heat domestic with the boilers

with slow turn large ceiling fans to return the heat from the ceilings my 8800 sq ft shop heats quite well and evenly with a 350k btu boiler, runs for about 30 min every 3-4 hrs when its 20 below
