Broken motor mount and a question for those who have aligned/ shimmed your clutches…
So I found my front PTO motor mount was broke where it holds the stopper for the torque stop. Anyone else have this happen? Any ideas why it could have broke? Hard plastic stopper instead of stock squishy one transferred to much vibration maybe? Have not hit anything, everything is still strait.
Anyways, I will have to align clutches when I install a new one. So I was curious to hear from anyone that had belt problems that was fixed after aligning/ shimming clutches, what were your alignment specs before and what did you end up with that ran the coolest. I did shim the secondary and ended up with X 39mm Y-X 1.5mm Z 20mm. This ran cooler than stock but still way to hot. Thanks for the input.
