Also, i hope i don't come across here like i am not willing to accept advise. I just want to get rid of it without pouring a ton more money into it. This sled has been a nightmare since day one. After buying it a year ago for $5000, the top end of the engine melted down on the first ride, requiring new jugs, pistons and cylinder head. Then a new belt every ride. Then a new drive clutch, etc etc etc. Worst sled ever.
Did you buy it second hand? Think I seen you said somewhere in this thread previous owner said he never blew a belt? If so then you got robbed $5k. The way you're explaining it there is no way you could have just bought it and start blowing belts every ride. The original owner never gave a damn about services and maintenance. Your front motor mounts are definitely broken. The shape it is in the person you bought it from struck gold. The shape it is in should have been under $2k at the most.
Why did you keep riding it having blowing a belt every ride? That is definitely a sign something is really wrong. I went through a set of front motor mounts also broke the stub of my crank off,and good thing it was still under warranty, well just barely. They had to get a whole crank, crankcase, and pistons. Blocks just needed a little honing. Good luck with the repair and if you do get a chance to sell it hopefully you are honest with the next buyer and fill him in on all what happened.
You got that right, Ultimax XS belts are almost as indestructible as the 1115
Maybe they were just the regular Ultimax belts he blew? I know the XS are indestructible also. When my stub broke off that is what I was using. It prevented my clutch from going flying out the side or through the hood. Actually I still have the same belt under the seat in compartment for a spare. No damage whatsoever to it. Checked the length of it also with a buddies brand new XS to see if it might have stretched. No frays also or torn lugs insinde and out. Got a 115 with engine when it was done on warranty with the new bigger crank so never went back to the XS. Great price for same quality as 115 belt.
