I have and 08 xp. I put a CPI single pipe on it less than 1 year ago and it broke in 3 spots on saturday, do i weld it back together or is it just going to break in other spots that havent been welded?

A little wood glue, some dowels, and a biscuit joint might do the trick. HA

I have welded several and they all keep cracking , once they start they don't stop,
how are you going to weld it?? i cut a chunk out that i dented in, reshaped it, and welded it back in, still works fine, it might leek a tad, but nothing crazy, or even noticalbe.
