Broke a shock

Broke a stock shock today on my 06 700
I think its the same as the 900....whats the lenght of shock I need to buy. There are alot of shocks on swap meet, etc. that list C to C measurements, but not make & Model to fit on, which is understandable.
I know I can just give my dealer or a online store my make/model, but I'd like to know so I can find a deal here on swap meet if I can.

How do I find out what length, (C to C), shock will fit my sled??

Maybe you can go to babbit's on line and look up your sled & info on it. Or call your local poo. dealer and ask for the c to c length and then look for one on swapmeet. Or ask the guy's on swapmeet if it fits. Or take your other one off and measure it.

06 755 rmk and 06 900 rmk use a shock 17" c to c. Others hate them but you can pick up a set of WE takeoffs from a newer sled that work great on these older IQ's. You can pick up the take off WE for $200 for the pair.

hey i got a set of 3 that im gona take off 1 spare because i had the same probelm...... the are off a 09 dragon walkers but give peires dock a call they can help ya out and they most likely have the part in stock

Assuming you're talking about the front shocks, the others are right...17" c-c. I have a set of Walkers off an 09 D8 if you need something. I actually run M-series Cat shocks on both my IQs...they are 17.5" c-c and you can usually find a set of take off Zero Pros pretty cheap

5 different dealers in my general area, No one has any take offs.

If all you need is the shock your lucky. I broke a shock on my o6 700 last year and it wrecked the spring, both control arms and broke the fender.

I have an extra one after getting newer shocks on my 755. Make me an offer . Also, check your A-arm, could be bent (darn stock ones bend like paper clips).
