So

I got a line on rolling chassis without a motor down in northern Oregon, it needs a right bulkhead and a-arms.

I happen to have a 2012 with a good motor and a damaged tunnel and bulkhead. Best options moneywise for me is get the rolling chassis from down south bring it up north to swap all my components over and away we go.

However I have no idea what the border situation will be like. or what to do.

I want to be able register the new tunnel with my motor.

anyhelp would be awesome.

Thanks for the link

Has anyone had any experience just bringing a tunnel back up, and switching the new tunnel onto there old sled?

How did you go about registering it??

Or does the RIV process apply to just the tunnel also?

I brought my 11 pro up from Montana through the RIV process. It's not difficult. It had a blown motor, they didn't care. If I recall there is a specific form for bringing up as a parts sled. I didn't because I had full intentions of just fixing the motor so I brought it through as a normal sled. The hassle would be registering in bc with a different s# on the tunnel. It may be fine but I have never felt with that. Phone RIV and they can give you some info.
