As far I can tell the break switch on the ascender is a "marquardt 1022" anyone try to get them straight from the source 20usd for original 1usd for non Marquardt switches..

I put a complete master and lever off a axys on mine for less then the switch costs. Nice upgrade, strong lever and no more weak plastic reservoir.
I have ordered twice from an electronics place. Can’t find the email with the name. Only thing to watch is the orientation of the plastic tits and the plunger. The ones I got were slightly different but still worked and way less $$$ than cat
