i have a boondocker pgd7. changed turbo oil today and blew the inline oil filter out backwards. had brass filings come out. 1000miles on oil/turbo. anybody else seen this?

I wish I could help. Have you checked your oil pump to see if it's working okay? What about pulling off your filter and checking the compressor for play? Then pulling off your exhaust and check the turbine for play also. I just installed my turbo and I checked the turbine and compressor and there was no play. Maybe if you checked these and they had play you would know ther is a problem. Maybe contact boondockers and see what they say. How many filings? Size of a couple bbs, or are you talking a couple filings? Pics?
