Does anyone know if brandywine is still good to go. Do you just have to drive up further or should we try rutherford instead.

Have not been there but had a buddy ride there last weekend and said he unloaded at the fork to Metaldome and Avalanche Alley. They decided to go through Avalanche Alley due to less bare patches. I am planning on riding there on the weekend as well.

We were up two weeks ago, unloaded at that fork and rode mostly Gravel up to the logging block (enough snow patches to keep the truck from going up then).

Thanks alot for the info. We'll be getting up there around 11:00 tommorow and hitting it hard Saturday morning also. Parking sounds about the same as last year at this time.

We are wanting to ride this week up brandywine, whats the road like and how much rock do ya have to sled over??? Thanks for any info-------

I unloaded at the Fork to Avy Alley and Metaldome and took Avy Alley. There is about snow for about one KM and then about 500-700 meters of gravel where the sun shines on the slope. After that there is lots of snow everywhere. We did 138 KM on Saturday to Ryan Lake and back. Should have no trouble riding into late June this year however I think that was my last ride......time to switch full on into dirt!

Sledding on Saturday and hanging out on the beach on Sunday watching hot girls in bikinis! Gotta LOVE BC!!!!
