Brake bleeding

When changing kits over, it's taking me around 15 minutes to bleed the brake. Does anyone have any tips for a quicker process? I just bought one of those one way check vales and will try it tomorrow and report back.

Using a syringe with a small hose on it attached to the bleed valve on the brake itself works great. I bought a couple at big R in there horse department. Fill the syringe with brake fluid and put the hose over the bleed fitting and push the fluid up to the hand brake. Make sure everything is level or pointed uphill, no loops that will hold air, and if you have a assistant, flip the brake lever, seems to dialog air bubbles. Remember to watch your master cylinder level. Hope this helps..Garry

Get a 60CC syringe and a small piece or clear tubing. Open the caliper bleed valve attach the hose, remove the master cylinder cap as well, then with the syringe, push your fluid into the caliper bleed and up and out the master cylinder. Done! rock solid lever, no bleeding.

I use this same procedure, but still don't always have a firm lever. I think because there is a slight low spot in the line. Good luck Cam.
