I installed the vents on my Dad's XP for him. They looked great in my basement. Had the sled outside, pulled the cover off, (it was 2 degrees F.) and the vents were warped and misshaped. I believe the panels contracted/shrunk due to the temperature. Has anyone else had this problem? What about a remedy? I was thinking of drilling the holes in the metal to a larger diameter the allow some give for contraction and expansion and also doubling the amount of rivets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
