Boyesen reeds

Got a 2009 assault and was wondering if Boyesen reeds are worth the money or not?

IMO, no they are not worth the money. There is no fuel going through the reeds anymore thanks to the fuel injection. So there is nothing to lubricate the petals and they will just end up breaking. The stock plastic reeds will hold up just fine and do their job. I never noticed too much of a difference even in the carbed sleds for the amount of money you pay for them.

Compared to vforce, I would say they are worth it. The vforce are the ones that crack with out the fuel. I have ran both. After 2 sets of peddals on the vforce I put boysen on stock cages. Minimal improvement over stock I am sure but a few small improvement = a decent gain.
