I pulled my air box and carbs to set my cutch allignment and the right boot came off the reed...very lucky to not have melted the ol motor after a complete rebuild!!! i did put a set of older boots i had on that were showing no signs of rips or tears but now they are f--- so i want to go to the boyesen rage cage alum housings but have not heard anything good or bad... If i go with the v force i am back to a rubber mounted style boot to do the same thing... i noticed that when the zx 800 is running the air box is moving around a bunch so i think i will screw a plastic spacer to box so it is tight to the tank cover... ANYONE have some advise THANKS IN ADVANCE...
