Boyesen or V-Force reed cages?

Just wondering what you guys run and how you like them.

Also if you just run cf boyesen reeds on stock cages chime in too

I have never had any problems with reed peddle in the V force have been running them for 10 years now. I do think you get a little more power out of the boyesens though.

I moved to the carbon tech. reeds, instead of the V-force. No more peddles cracking and braking with the carbon tech. Use the stock cage with them, carbon tech. has not cume up with cages yet. Hopefully this yr. I have two sets of v-force III's if anyone is looking.

money.
After -2006 Stock is best.
Gains is minimal with aftermarket.
Just Reed consistency.

I ran V force 3 in a 2000 800 moded twin pipes ran 5000 miles never replaced a petel until the motor was rebuilt.
I have 4 years on V force 3 never replsced a petal, only 2500 miles but no prob and big gain over stock.
2008 D8 I set up has 2000 miles on it with V force 3 reed no bad petals and very good gain in power. V FORCE IS A YES YES they work.

has anyone used the rage cage on a 08-10 800 rmk? do they work beter then v-force?

Ok I've read all the hype and bought V Force once. Yeah they worked great I never had any problems then I bought new stock reads for a builder sled that my girl friend rode for a year no diffrence in my openion when you have brand new they work just as good. So cost and some fancy stickers is the only diffrence I can see from my use of them.
