And have no idea what I've got, can't match the engine ID or VIN on the frame up to anything it seems!

Sounds like you have an aftermarket frame and engine...The engine has the same VIN, just without the 1 HD 1 at the beginning.

Put up a pic if you can.

Agreed, it's aftermarket. Harley's start with either 1HD1 or now 5HD1 on the frame. Let's see some pics.

It's hot. Give ya 5 hun for it! That is wierd number for a HD frame, must be aftermarket.

You could double check with MPS and see if its "hot". That doesn't look like a HD VIN tag at all on the frame.

Custom frame. Kind of looks like a Kenny Boyce frame, def not HD. This frame would be similar to a current Dyna family of HD's, but a little more like the old FXR chassis.
