when you go to put the cases back together what should i use to seal them together?

Also in the manual it says "Smear anti-seize lubricant (P/N 413 701 000) on
part of crankshaft where bearing fits." what lubricant can i use for this? I don't want to buy it at the ski doo dealer if possible.

Thanks in advance

Case halves are sealed with Loctite 515 or 518; I think it's the same stuff with 518 being the current number and 515 being older/obsolete. It's a red anerobic sealer, meaning it doesn't harden until you bolt it together and it can't get air.

If the bearings are on the crank, then the crank just gets laid in the upper case half. I use some white lithium grease on the crank seals where they contact the shaft.

Anti-seize lubricant can be had at any auto pats store for cheap unless Doo is calling some special Doo lube by a branded name (Anti-Seize).
