bottom end rebuild help

I have a 2003 mxz rev 800 and the motor siezed the other day. I pulled the top end off and there were alot of metal pieces on the top of the piston and the head was scared from the metal pieces hitting it. With the jugs off i tried to turn over the motor by spinning the primary clutch and it was really stiff. The piston clossest to the primary clutch moves freely but the other piston is very hard to move. It seams like the crank bearing is siezed.

Anyways my question is how do i fix the crank bearing?
And any ideas on what the metal chunks were that were on top of the piston?
How do i remove the crank to fix it?
what are my next steps?

Thanks
Steve Wheeler

You will have to send it to a rebuilder. Talk to your local dealer. Somebody in Idaho does it but don't know who. sorry.
That sucks. Just had to have mine re-done.

dont even bother getting it rebuilt...if u have a good doo dealer in your area ask for the short block kit straight from ski-doo. Basically comes as a complete motor minus the waterpump cover, oil-pump, and head. Got a qoute from the service manager at my dealer for $1329usd before tax. Not bad for a freash motor. I believe a rebuilt crank alone is $525--cylinder replate $200 per cylinder--pistons,rings, etc. and labor....i would get the short block. This was a qoute for the 800H.O. motor
