Has anybody been able to get any???

I'm trying to give them MORE money for a new cover for my (made in China)Boss seat and can't get any reply

Zippers are broken. I can't get anybody to return any of my calls. I've about had it with Boss! Its really too bad. I love my seat.

Im guessing you guys got the 1st year 500 pocket POS seat? Had a lot of trouble with the one i had on my crossfire. Fitment was horrible on the crossfire tank, fabric frayed all over, every zipper tab broke and the actual zippers broke off on the main pocket. The material on the back pouch cracked everywhere, and the foam was harder than Johnnys "cauk" at a pocket ***** convention. Boss decided they would charge me for a brand new seat cover for my less than 6 month old seat. $50 out of my pocket plus shipping. I wanted to send the seat in, but they were going to charge me over $100 shipping so i finally got them to send just the cover. I then had to pay another $45 to have the seat cover installed. This company is a joke. They have zero customer service and they NOW make a schitty product. The old Boss seats were awesome, but I am fed up with the way they currently run their business and they have lost my business for life.

My new WRP seat is awesome! Great attention to detail and a solid product that is going to last the life of the sled! Get rid of the Boss and give WRP a call. The boss might make a decent portable campfire stool, of you could cut a hole in the middle of it and use it as a schitter at hunting camp. Nice and light to pack in.

I agree BOSS will never get any more of my money. Even if the have moved their factory back to the usa it's to late for me to go back. I mean $500 is a lot of money to dump on a seat and then have it fall apart on you. I have not had a chance to try the WRP yet but I can bet it's better tehn the BOSS.
