Starting Day three and no word from Boss. But given thier customer service I would expect a response in the fall. And given thier craftmans ship, they probably would forget that I am wanting a refund for a fuel box not a seat for a Rupp! あなたが吸う主任!!! Man I am getting good with my translations.
If you really think they are going to reply and you are going to keep this thread going till they do: Don't hold your hand on your azz, it might just grow there..
I'd keep it going a few more days and then print the whole thread and mail it to them.
I agree 100% with everything that has been said, they pretty much suck..

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That might get thier attention. It worked for me last month. Go to the website for your region and file a complaint,they will go to bat for you.

Well, after reading this thread I think I'll pass on the boss seat I was thinking about. Screw these guys, if this is all the better their customer service is. I'm surprised these guys stay in business. Even though they probably won't respond, keeping this thread at the top will get alot of peoples attention, maybe cut into Boss's sales. Jesse.

I was looking for nos kit and seat for my nytro($38gs in so far) so whats another 2 gs ran holtzman on my viper how about them for a 4 stroke boosted sled??????:Looks like Boss won't even get a chance this time.....They should step up and at leasttry to redeem what rep they got left

Next year's snow show should be interesting at the Boss booth.
I envision picket signs and "Buyer Beware" pamphlets being handed out right in front of their sales people.
That will get their attention.
Letting the BBB in your area know of your situation will only get them a complaint listed on their record there but unfortunately will not get investigated. That's not what they do. But enough folks complaining in many areas will get some attention.
Think about it, how many folks call the BBB before buying a product to check out the company's reputation.
Much more can be done here on this forum and others to get the word out.
I will not buy the seat I was planning on for my sled after reading this thread.
One person at a time, telling their friends about this company of rip off artists will doom them to the future they deserve.

Boss doesn't own any secrets on light weight seats. One could easily go to a local upholstery shop and have one built. Probably for less, even. And no doubt, a lot faster!
HOT SEAT PERF is the same way i got a pipe and head and i cant get anywhere with this junk time to call slp and buy a pipe and note to self ill stay away from boss thanks for the heads up
