Was just wondering, I have a AEM gauge that needs a new sensors, looks like you can replace with a few models from napa. Read in the AEM manual that states:
"Each AEM UEGO sensor is individually calibrated and a resistor integral at the connector body is laser trimmed with this value. This process replaces the traditional “free air” calibration procedure when changing sensors and implements a sensor specific calibration for unparalleled accuracy."
Based on this info should a person replace with one directly from AEM? or are the ones from auto store good enough. Talk with Justin Sibler briefly and he said I could replace with auto one but thought I'd double check based on the new info i found in the manual. Thanks.
