The Boost-It crew has done it again, the boys put together a sweeet 2012 Polaris Pro with 174x3" track, Racers Edge skid, CR Racing boards, Van Amburg tail ext, Avid chaincase, and of course, Boost-It turbo kit. It was built with a Garrett ball bearing turbo, water to air intercooler and of course the XIC fuel controller w/auxillary injectors.

As you can see in the pics below, the sled was put together with the best parts available and the turbo kit looks amazing. Not only does it look good it hauls the mail at 9 lbs of boost.....

i rode this sled last weekend in over the hood snow & it rips...I am not easily impressed, but I took an extra long ride and had to take time to wipe the smile from my face:face-icon-small-ton...b
BTW i am a Doo guy, but i am thinking I might need to add one of these for next year...:face-icon-small-win Thanks Neil

What gas is it running?

Can you fit a 16" in stock tunnel?

What size turbo? GTX?

Awesome looking sled, sound like it runs clean:face-icon-small-coo

Boost it works so well on the 4 strokes, knew it just a matter of time before neil and crew had it rocking on the pro's..
Sounds great!!

One thing you know for sure is that Neil wont sell it until it works perfect and has significant real world testing in the mountains, and not just dyno time.

Not too sure NM is on this forum anymore, but here is what I know

I think he said he is running 30% race fuel. gonna try av gas soon...

15" track is all that will fit in that tunnel.

Cant remember for sure the turbo size, i think it is a 2871...i know he is going to experiment wth a faster spooling turbo next...:face-icon-small-hap

I find that most kits work well ,,,its the clutching that causes a problem,, make a turbo feel like a bigbore normally asperated sled thats the magic!!!!!
