boondocker turbo wont start

I just got finished installing my boondocker turbo and when i tried to start it it fired up for one second then shut of. After that it wouldn't even try to fire. I then unhooked the programmer and tried to start it and it fired right up and ran. So i went back to hooking up the programmer and and same thing happened fired for a second on second pull then nothing. Any ideas on what this could be. I have a trip planned soon and want to get this thing going and boondocker is closed for the weekend.

Injector plugs backwards?

The injectors are plugged right. When i try to turn the screen on and none of the menus come up either just a blank lit up screen

Even when you power up with 9v battery?

Yes that is with the 9v battery i get the blank screen.

you might have a stuck button on the control box, have you tried pushing them to see ?

Yea I pushed all the buttons with no luck
