Boondocker synergy nitrous setup on Polaris

Just wondering if anyone has setup a Boondocker synergy series nitrous kit on a Polaris 600 cfi 4. I having a hard time finding enough info on setting it up properly, like how many turns on the regulator is how much horsepower? I don't want to start of with a 70hp shot, I'm only looking for 20 in all. I've searched the net and found very little about setting this stuff up. Also how much rpm is ok for this engine, I like to run 8200-8300 normally and i've heard that I can expect another 300rpm on the nos so is 8600rpm ok? I have the full slp exhaust and intake on this thing too if it makes a difference. I've had no experience running nos but you have to start somewhere, and I'm the only one around here that's interested in trying so any input from people who use this stuff is appreciated.

Im running one on a 800 and your right not alot of info. I started with two turns out and was told thats 40hp. I got some good starting #'s from boondocker. Im pulling 8450 climbing and has been very reliable.
