boondocker programmer voltage specs

Does anyone know the voltage that a boondocker programmer will operation on. I have spooned into the power and ground wires at my boondocker programmer, i have 15-20volts. This voltage is received from the injector power wire.

14.7 is the minimum voltage and depending on what application using power from injectors is correct.

Thanks for the info, talked to sam at bd today. He said he likes to see 18v-20v.
