Boondocker Oil Tank Plug/Dipstick

Hello all I have 11 pro with a 2012 BD turbo. Awhile back there was a thread on thi=e plug leaking after awhile, while mine has started and it does not get a great seal. Does boondocker have fix for this or what are people doing to stop the issue. Thanks

I have just split a washer and instaled it under the head to make it squish more. Seem ok so far. (use a thin washer though.

Mine does the same thing. I called BD the other day and they said they are waiting on new plugs from a different supplier. They said to call back in March and they would be replacing the ones that are loose.

I was at BD a few days back and the only answer I got on the dipstick was to put rtv on it, put it in, let it dry and pray. Think I will just put an expansion plug in it.

Was thinking an expansion plug after too, probably something like on boats if you can find the right size. If not then rtv it is. Thanks all

I zip tied mine in, didn't think of the split washer, good idea!
