I got a m 1100 t and i am just wondering what other people are going with there primary clutch and what kinda spring and weights they are running. I got some dalton weights and I got about 93g in them and i forget the brand of spring i got but its 130/330. I am having a problem with my sled popping and farting when i punch it off the line. I got my boondocker set at 21psi and i ride in 0-3000 elevation. I turn the boost down and it runs good. I do have race gas mixed in it to. If anyone has an idea please tell me.

What RPM are you getting WOT?

Yes

so when you ride in the mountains u turn your boost back up and it runs fine?

It will definitely be better in the mountains. It maybe gone completey? I find that mine will still hit the rev limiter the odd time. It depends on hp and clutching. To get that initial WOT miss (rev limiter) outta there, I would think changing your clutch springs to get that clamping force would help? I don't know. You'd have to ask a sled tech. Come to think of it... mine is good once the belt is warm. Its the first one or two WOT pulls after the belt cools down.

I talked to a couple of guys and they said to weight the **** out of it and see if that helps. And if that does not try a heavier spring 130/380. so my weights go to 97 so i am going to try that once the storm passes here.

Your primary spring is way too stiff. You should have 100/240. Polaris gold is what some guys are using.

More hp and less spring? Does not make sense with that kind weight that he is running.......Just my 2 cents.

i will try a different spring to but i loaded the weights up to 97 grams and it helped for sure. so I ordered up some weights that go to 94.5-102 I hope that does the trick.
