Bonded Ahesive Repairs

For those of you curious about repairing components that utilize the new bonded ahesive. Here are the approved ahesives and polaris part numbers.

•The only Polaris-authorized adhesive is Lord 406/19 Acrylic Adhesive (Lord 50mL PN:3003680).Do not use Lord Fusor® Adhesive.
•Lord Dispensing Gun = Lord Pak 50™ (3001112)
•Lord Plunger = Lord Pak 50™ 4:1 Plunger (3004479)
•Lord Mixing Needles = .25"x6" Needle (3004476)

Are those Lord-Adhesives part numbers you have posted?

The "kit" from polaris is over $250 .... have a look at the stickes at the top of this forum ....

Ordered a kit that Mountainhorse posted as a sticky. Ordered on Monday, Showed up today. Can't beat that.

I agree... do not use Fusor... that is a plastic adhesive.

Fusor is great for hood repairs. I have used it many times with very good results.
