Hm - didn't know anything about this. Wonder what the weather will be. Might be a fun way to get out of the house.
If you guys haven't seen Mark's car - it's a twin turbo and is REALLY FAST!!! Cool car! How fast are you going now?
I'll have to see if the hubby has anything planned - might be fun to get out of the house one day this weekend!!!

37th Annual NAPA AUTO PARTS IGNITOR presented by Dan Wiebold Ford-NHRA Division 6 Lucas Oil Drag Race Series (April 25-27, 2008)
The longest running professional drag race in the northwest is the NAPA Auto Parts Ignitor presented by Dan Wiebold Ford. Dating back to `71, the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) has presented Lucas Oil Drag Race Series featuring national and divisional points and records. Over 400 competitors will compete for a purse of better than $125,000, including cash and contingency. The Division 6 Northwest Opener will showcase AA/Nitro Fuel Dragsters, along with a dozen other eliminators in the chase for the NHRA national championship. Special thanks to Ashley Furniture for endorsing Military Appreciation Day for all card holding military personnel.

Tammy,fri and sat is qualifying and sun is the race..The weather doesn't look to bad,mid 60's till sun then a chance of some rain..
There will alot of very cool cars there,it is the first race of the division 6 race series.I think it is the biggest or one of the biggest races Firebird has each year.
Would be cool to see you guys!!
