Bogs after long ride, new 900 owner please help!

I just got this 05 fusion 900. It has all the factory recalls and is a load of fun to ride. The problem I'm having is after a few hours of riding it will load up (bog) at the low end, also the check engine light will flash just once and at random but not often. I just put new plugs and a fuel filter in it hoping that was the fix, I have the little inline oil filter but can't seem to find where it goes. I noticed that my carb boots are cracked a little and I had to add a little bit of coolant to her the other day. It has the slp nose airbox and engine bay vents. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

last night I removed my slp air box and found that it was crushing the inlet hose to my radiator. I think that it was my temp light flashing while I was riding not my SE light (it would flash once quick and very random). We have not had a lot of snow so I'm thinking if these two factors are coming together and the sled is getting too hot. I also checked the plugs and they still look good. What do you guys think, am I burning coolant?

what temps are you running?where are you riding, is it warm? hard pack? You might need scraters. set the tps or atleast check it. delete the radiator.
Noticed you don't have many post, read "before you buy" section, it's worth it!
p.s. get a FNI air kit, you'll be much happier.
