Bogie wheels

My question is, that i want to move my very front wheels from the outside to the inside. I removed the wheels and block and moved to the inside and it appears to all line up. The only reason i want to do this is to clean up the look and see no wheels on the outside. Can i do this and not change anything?

Most of the time they are in the only place they can be from the factory, because during suspension travel something may hit the wheel....that would be the only thing that could cause a problem....

Thanks cat, I jumped on suspension and lifted it all the way up and nothing interferes with the wheels, the only thing that would be watch is the front spring, but even that clears the wheels.

I just pulled the most forward set and the set right in front of the rear axle off. Then flipped the others so the black is out. Cleans it up, I think. Hope it doesn't break anything.

They scratch the snow and spit it up into your track. It lubes the slide rails and gets some snow on the heat exchanger.

Can drop your water temps by 20°.

Pull em up when you cross gravel roads.

Cool, I guess my question is why are they needed more when you take your bogie wheels off? Do the wheels act as lube and help cool or should I have scratchers on anyways? Thanks guys, I'm learning.

Bogie wheels help to push the track away from the sliders, lessening the resistance.

If you pull the bogies you have more track touching the slide rails, hence the need for more lube.

You CAN remove ALL of them on the bottom if you want to. I wouldn't take off the little anti-stab wheels up front by the rail tips though.
