Bogie Wheels Diameter

What diameter are stock bogie wheels on the 900? Looking to get a set of billet ones, sold my stock skid and dont remember the dimensions off them.

Thanks,

Nolan

Nolan, I just ran out to my shed to my sled, and according to my tape measure, the bogies are 5-1/2" and the rear wheels are 7".

Hope that helps:D

Thanks! Where else but SnoWest can you find such great people coming together for no other reason than to help out the other guy, just hoping that in return they might get helped out down the road.

THANKS!!

Those wheels are sick! $70 for 2 of em! Hell, MMP wants $110 for a single one with no bearing! WTF!

94,

Are the upper bogie and lower bogies all the same size? I like the look of MMP's reversed powdercoated wheels.....but come on.....

Ya, the upper wheels and the lower wheels are all the same, 5-1/2".

Ya buddy! Those wheels are awesome!!!:D:D:D:eek:

FYI..

the upper bogie wheels use a 25mm bearing cause the shaft is slightly bigger..my lower bogie wheels are using the ice scratcher assembly and i have to use a 20mm bearing...i have a few bearings laying around so not a big deal to switch out

but your better off getting the 25mm bearing and maybe the bushing that lets your use a 20mm axle..if you need more info on it, send me a PM

Good info there... Thanks G!:D:beer;:beer;

dont know much about these billet wheels, just wondering....these wheels can be run without any rubber on them? so would these never have to be replaced then? are they harder on the track

they are not hard on the track..as long as you run the correct size wheel...the 05-06 RMKs use the 5 1/2" wheel...they take the pressure off of the hyfax and look great doing it..lol..

but as long as they are the correct size..they will last forever...and take powdercoat nicely ;)
