Sled is a 2013 pro 800 155
I pulled my block to have a new mechanical seal installed in the water pump. Now on my first tests drives after I'm getting a bog, I wasn't running the hood as I was in the process of bleeding the coolant system and was only really riding the sled as a test.
Now I'm looking for what could be different and causing my bog
I experienced it at a variety of RPM and throttle combinations. There didn't seem to be any real pattern. Had everything from an engagement hesitation, to a higher RPM stumble, and an on the throttle off and back on hick up.
This is what I did while pulling the block and reinstalling that has changed that i am looking at tomorrow as potential causes;
-Had a plug wire that wasn't fully seated, good connection now
-added a fine layer of dielectric grease to all connectors, could I have a bad connection now?
-there is oil in the cylinders, the top end was off and possibly have some oil/assembly grease causing poor detonation
-going to check TPS calibration (is a full SLP stage 3 so will check with the PCV software)
-initially throttle cable was too tight and was causing the sled to shut down when the steering was all the way right, so will check on that
what else should I be looking at? Have a ride planned for new years day and I'd like the sled to be up and running as it should
