Block-off plates?

I took the bellows off and used a round shock rubber and a nut and washer and loctite held them wide open seems to work ?

I'm gunna make some in the coming weeks. Want to design it so the block plate and valve are one piece and cut back to simulate valve open if that makes sense.

Makes sense

They would be like the BDX plates for Cat. Thats what I'm looking for. I think I'll try the shock bushing. Thanks, Ben.

To be truthfull i had lightning quick response at 8 psi,now at 6 psi and 2mm over rollers it comes on at 5000 rpm.I tried a purple purple primary spring to engage at 3800 rpm, still hits at 5000 rpm so i am going to try stock rollers and stock spring at 6psi also i am using 415 ramps, if all this does not work 8psi is fun.I have riden in the trees and boondocked with this set up,seems to run just like stock up to 5000 rpm then the turbo comes on steady not exploding, very rideable in the trees.I wonder to myself do the vanes in the aero 53 react better to the blue spring than the weaker green do I get the lighting response with the blue no shims at 7 psi HMMM? Does the garret react better to 8 psi than 6 psi?
