Blew the tranny in 95 camry do I donate, scrap or sell as is??

Just looking for opinions on what to do with my 95 camry that has a blown transmission. I also have a truck that I normally drive and it does not seem worth it to replace the tranny on something I almost never drive, and the car is not worth enough to fix it. would you sell it as is, donate the car to a charity or try to sell it for scrap metal? thanks in advance for your thoughts

I'd either sell it or donate it for the write off.

Donate it to local trade or high school auto shop,may be useful as a cheap turn around project for fundraising or figure eight/demo racer.

Or you could fill it full of junk and leave it sitting on your lawn "redneck storage shed". Makes it look alot better if you take the wheels off and set er' on concrete blocks.

How many miles? What motor? auto? 5-speed?

Mileage would be big deal. What is the rest of the vehicle like? body Damage? Paint?

If you really don't care about it or don't use it, I would donate it. Where you donate it depends on what I asked you.

If it is destroyed the fire department is also an option. They like to set them on fire and practice cutting them open. You also get a write-off with them.

body is in good condition. something like 115k on it and it is a 4 cylinder engine
