Blew belt on apex.

Blew my first belt on apex. over 2000km.
What is the best way to clean the clutches and what is the torque spec on the secondary clutch. I got string in everything And I cant get it out of the secondary so ima have to take it off.

I clean my clutches with scotch brite, wipe off with clean rag. Just scuff just enough to take off residue. Never use any cleaners on the faces. Secondary bolt only needs about 20lbs torque.
