Blending the brands Ski doo skid under my nytro

You will need to get the measurments from a 163 xp chasis and just use the same measurments on your nytro for the new holes. You will also need diffrent drivers.

Shouldnt need to replace drivers the rails are very similar length and the 162 track on the sled is the same pitch as the old 153. The mount holes are very close on the xp skid as the current yamaha skid. hoping i can bolt it up and run it. My only concern is my ski doo skid is a 2011 with the updated 1" longer shock and im hoping i can suck the limiter strap up enough to account for the extra length so the attack angle is not to extreme.

Thanks for the reply

Sorry you didn't say you where going to run the 162" track.
You have to have exact measuments or your going to get binding in the skid.
So what you will need is The front hole measument to the drive axle,The rear hole to the first or drive acle and from the top of the tunnel to the holes.
Then you will need your holes actually a 1/2" farther ahead then your specs becasue your running the 162" track then the 163.
Don't take this the wrong way.Just becasue the rails might look the same legnth dosen't mean the arms boldt up in the same spot.
