Bleeding the cooling system?

any tricks to bleeding the cooling system on the IQ? I recently put in a new top end and tried to bleed the air out from the t-stat bleeder screw but i still have temps jumping around in by 4 degrees or so. when i did this i had it on the trailer tilted with the nose well above the tunnel. is this correct? anything else to try?

bouncing from 122 to 118, 108 to 112, etc. before the new top end it was steady or just fluctuated by one degree.

Mine varies with the snow load going through the tunnel. Seems normal to me.

Open the cap at the bottle and fire it up, it will bleed itself.
