Bleeding air out of the oil line?

I have a 2012 proclimb m800 and today I found out that behind my can the oil line had a hole in it. First question is what is the easiest way to replace this line? Also, do I need to bleed the air out of the oil after fixing it? If so, how do I bleed it?
 
Pinch the line off with a clamp or vise grips near the tank.
Cut the line and remove the tank. I
Drain the tank into another container.
Replace the line.
Fill the line with oil.
Install the tank.
Connect the line to the tank.
Add oil.
Pull the line back just a bit too bleed air out, letting some oil into the belly pan.
Add oil to your fuel for the first tank.

Any ideas of what's the easiest way to get to the side of the line that connects to the oil pump? Also, should I consider an oil delete kit?
 
Probably be too late for you now but... I burnt a hole in mine as well. Got a plastic 3/8 (I think)splice, dipped hose ends in hot water for a few mins, bastard to get splice on cause the i.d of splice was the same as the i.d of the hose. Tried my best using marinade syringe to make sure only oil in lower line, bled air out of rest of line, put together. Then I put right side up in the air so any remaining air would bleed back to tank. There wasn't any air that I seen bleed back.

On a side note. i run amsoil, I bought a small jug of cat oil and filled the tube from splice to tank, topped up tank too with cat oil. It is a bluish green tinge, amsoil beige. Ran the sled around yard a few times watching oil migrate up tube making sure pump didn't lose prime or have air lock.

I did an oil pump delete when new and have no worries,you always know you have it covered.
 
I got the line all hooked up but have a bunch of air in the line where it goes into the pump. I'm having a heck of time finding the bleeder screw. Anyone have a picture of it, or can describe the location better?
 
When in doubt, mix a tank at 40:1 with a quality synthetic, fill your oil reservoir to the top and go ride. 99% of the time any and all air bubbles will be gone at the end of the day. I do this anytime i mess with an oil pump. Good insurance regardless. Just check oil reservoir and make sure you consumed as typical.
 
Why can't u just put a rubber band on the throttle and let the sled sit for a few hours or overnight? That should let the air out.
